Our Mission
Rise On One Foundation is a public charity built on a simple conviction: no one should have to rise alone. We work alongside families, schools, and local leaders to remove the barriers — cost, distance, isolation — that keep capable people from the futures they are already working toward.
Our work centers on four commitments: youth development, women's empowerment, poverty relief, and community development. In practice that looks like scholarships and mentorship for students, skills training and micro-enterprise support for women, emergency assistance for households in crisis, and neighborhood projects designed with the people who will use them.
Our largest emergency efforts are the Spokane wildfire response — shelter support, meals, supply logistics, debris cleanup, and casework for displaced families — and our ongoing COVID-19 response, delivering food, PPE, and health access to households that were hit hardest. Every program is measured the same way — by whether the people we serve are stronger, safer, and more self-reliant a year later.

Spokane Wildfire Relief
When the Spokane wildfires displaced families and blanketed the region in smoke, Rise On One Foundation mobilized volunteers, supplies, and shelter support. Our response delivered meals, clean water, N95 masks, emergency shelter, and hands-on casework to families navigating the aftermath.

Our Humanitarian Hub
Behind every program is a command center where families are welcomed, assessed for eligibility, and guided to the services that fit their situation. This is not a waiting room — it is the front door to dignity.
In the bright reception hall above, a mother checks in with her children while a coordinator confirms their information and maps out the next steps: emergency assistance, a youth mentorship packet, or a women's enterprise referral. Every conversation ends with a clear plan, not another queue.
Youth
Young people are registered for mentorship, school supplies, scholarships, and after-school programs in one visit.
Women
Women meet with coordinators to access skills training, micro-enterprise support, and peer networks that build independence.
Underserved
No appointment is required. Families arrive with a need and leave with a clear path to food, shelter, health, or education support.

Lewis founded Rise On One Foundation on a simple conviction: no one should have to rise alone. Under his leadership, the organization has mobilized volunteers, resources, and partnerships for Spokane wildfire relief, COVID-19 response, youth development, and family stability across Washington State.
